Winner of 2024 Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Award Historic Renovations 

Phelps Dunbar is the anchor tenant in the full building renovation of the 10 story (65,000 SF) historic Massey Building Redevelopment. During the initial phases of the core/shell renovation, Phelps Dunbar signed a lease to take the top three floors of the building (19,000 SF) along with control of the top of building signage. RADERMcCARY worked hand in hand with CCR Architects and Interiors to merge the existing historic structure and the high end law firm requirement from Phelps. The new space includes a (3) story glass wrapped stairwell, law library, and large breakroom/kitchen area to serve all three floors.
