Our Story: Transforming Spaces with Dedication

Before founding RADERMcCARY, Walton Rader and John McCary were childhood friends and attended Auburn University together. After graduation, Walton moved to Houston, and John returned to Birmingham; during this time, both gained valuable experience in multiple construction industry sectors in numerous states. After Walton returned to Birmingham, they decided to go into business together and founded RADERMcCARY in 2018.

RADERMcCARY began in a small office space on Highway 280 with five employees. Today, the company has grown to 29 employees and has moved its headquarters to its current location on Montclair Road to accommodate its rapid growth.

Since day one, the company’s primary goal has been to offer its clients high-quality services that make their dreams a reality, which remains its core mission today. The company serves industrial and commercial clients throughout the southeast.
