Meet Our Founders
Walton Rader and John McCary founded RADERMcCARY in 2018. The two grew up together in Birmingham, Alabama and later reconnected at Auburn University. After graduating, Walton moved to Houston, Texas to start his career in commercial general contracting with the opportunity to manage projects consisting of higher education, retail developments, and low and high-rise multifamily. John moved back to Birmingham and began a career focusing on the preconstruction of design/build warehouse and distribution, mixed use multifamily and tenant improvement projects. Walton and John’s combined experience spans multiple sectors of the construction industry as well as numerous states.
